An evergreen shrub/small tree with glossy, pinnate leaves (3–7 leaflets) and clusters of small, starry white flowers that are strongly sweet-citrus scented (especially at night), later forming little orange-red berries; likes bright light to full sun, warm temps, well-drained soil, and regular trimming to keep a tidy shape (great for hedges, bonsai or a fragrant potted specimen).
