You can cancel your order before delivery of at the time of placing order, and if you aren”t satisfying with the plant or plant health but once you order is deliver the order were not cancel and no amount which is paid by you is refund because of live plant and it can also die when you can’t take proper care.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of the Order Before Delivery: 

    The moment you place your order for a particular product, you can always cancel the order before delivery.

  • Cancellation of order after dispatching: According to our company policies, we don’t have any sort of cancellation policy once the order is live, however, in case there is some issue with the plant and it dies within the next 24 hours, then it can be exchanged with another plant from the same range or a different plant altogether. There are various companies that provide cancellation before dispatch only.
