Orders & Payments

All prices are in INR (₹).
Orders are processed only after successful payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock or payment issues.

Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier or incorrect address.

Returns & Refunds

Due to live plants, returns are not accepted.
Replacement/refund only if damaged or wrong product received.
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with images.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Liability

LifeInLeaf is not responsible for plant damage after delivery due to improper care.
