Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
All cancellation requests are subject to approval at our sole discretion.
We may request additional details before approving any cancellation.
Refund & Replacement
Refunds or replacements are applicable only if the product received is damaged, defective, or does not match the description provided on our website.
Any refund or replacement request must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Requests raised after this period will not be considered.
